Reflections on the Future of Knowledge Management with Dr Judy Payne

We are joined by Dr Judy Payne, who reflects on the future of knowledge management. Judy is a knowledge management, collaboration and learning consultant and the Director of Hemdean Consulting Ltd. She chairs the BSI KM Committee and is a member of the ISO working group that developed the KM 30401 standard. She is currently also on the pilot cohort for CILIP’s KM Fellowship.
